Properties:
The dietary supplement Baraka Forte contains oil extracted from black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa, also known as black seed), a plant widely spread and used in the Mediterranean basin and the Near East, known since antiquity for its beneficial properties. This oil has been traditionally used for over 2000 years to support overall health. Additionally, black cumin/Nigella sativa helps maintain normal blood glucose levels.
Directions for use:
Adults: 1–2 soft capsules per day or as recommended by a specialist consultant. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.
